The Ask:

While at Chapter SF, I helped Facebook’s (now Meta’s) secret projects division, Building 8, by developing a name and launch strategy for their new video chat product.

The Answer:

Helped drive the creative and brand strategy process leading to naming the device 'Portal.' Also collaborated on human-centered research and design, marketing strategies and campaign ideas.

The Result:

The 'Portal' name and launch strategies were pivotal in the product's introduction, receiving endorsement from Facebook's C suite leadership. This foundational work helped define the product's place in the market and established a strong base for the device's evolving identity in the Meta ecosystem.
